Some of the cats currently in our care are unsuitable for being kept indoors in a domestic situation.

This is no fault of their own, they are used to living outside and the confines of living indoors often proves too stressful for them.  We are therefore always on the lookout for stables, farms, garages, builders’ yards – anywhere that the cats can help control rats and mice in return for shelter and good daily food.  Please note that all these cats are vet checked, neutered, blood tested and treated for fleas and worms.

Miss Polly

This is Miss Polly, she was rescued by Tina Sampson in a sorry state, having had lots of litters and pregnant yet again.  She gave birth to three beautiful kittens , two have been rehomed  and it was felt that because Polly and her last remaining female kitten are so close, they should be rehomed together.

Polly is very loving, loves people and has been accepted into a multi-cat mad house.  She even tolerates Tina’s dogs.  Tina’s friend, Jill, who helped to rescue Polly,  says “I can vouch for Polly being a really lovely girl, she is so petite, loving and sweet natured.  She had a horrible, miserable life before Tina took her on, she just wants cuddles, food and a house to live in with her people…she doesn’t take up much space!”

Polly has a few small problems that are food related, because of her past she tends to gobble down her food but once in a permanent home, she’ll soon settle.  A home, maybe with other friendly cats and older children, would be ideal for her and her kitten.  Both have been spayed, microchipped and are worm and flea-free.

Please get in touch with Tina in Nether Edge, Sheffield 7 on 07990903773 if you can offer Polly and kitty the home they deserve.  A home visit will apply but nothing at all intrusive.  Thank you
